In this match at National Bank Cricket Arena (National Stadium) Karachi, the national team captain Babar Azam win the toss and decided to bat first.

New Zealand Innings
Kane Williamson and Finn Allen then adds 36 runs for the second wicket. But here Mohammad Wasim led the national team to victory when he dismisses Finn Allen, who scores 29 runs.
New Zealand’s third wicket fall on 69 when debutant Usama Mir bowled Kane Williamson. He scores 26 runs.
New Zealand’s wickets continues to fall intermittently. But the series of runs continued.
The fourth wicket of the visiting team fell on 125 runs. Where Mohammad Nawaz dismissed Daryl Mitchell. He played an innings of 36 runs.
The fifth wicket fell on 147 when Tom Latham was dismissed for 42 off Osama Mir.
The sixth batsman dismissed was Glenn Phillips who was dismissed after scoring 37 runs.
Against Pakistan, New Zealand fell for a total of 220 for the seventh and eighth wickets when Naseem Shah clean bowled Michael Bracewell for 43 and then Michael Shipley for a wicket respectively.
Naseem Shah takes New Zealand’s 9th wicket to complete his five wicket haul in the match.
He caught Mitchell Santner out in the last over of the innings. Santner scores 21 runs.
Apart from Naseem Shah’s five wickets, Osama Mir dismisses two players while Mohammad Wasim and Mohammad Nawaz takes one wicket each.
Pakistan’s Innings
Chasing the target, Imam-ul-Haq gets out early but Fakhar Zaman, Babar Azam and Muhammad Rizwan scored half-centuries.
Fakhar Zaman scores 55 runs while Babar Azam scores 66 runs. Mohammad Rizwan played an unbeaten innings of 77 runs.
Imam-ul-Haq scores 11 runs and Haris Sohail, who returned to the national team after two years, showed aggressive batting and scored 32 runs.
However, Agha Salman remains not out on 10 runs.
For New Zealand, Michael Bracewell dismisses two players. Tim Southee and Glenn Phillips takes one wicket each. Pakistan beat New Zealand by 6 wickets in fist ODI of matches series.
Naseem Shah was declared the best player of the match for giving a winning performance through bowling in the match.
