Pakistan gets first position in International fireworks contest in Russia. A Pakistani Pyrotechnics team (Allied Fireworks) controlled by Shahid Butt won first place in a major fireworks competition held in Moscow on August 14.
Eight teams all around the world participated in the event. Shahid Mehmood Butt was top Pakistan team.
Pakistani team exhibit their fireworks skill although catching up the beat of national song “Iss Parcham Kay Saye Talay Hum Aik Hain”, as Pakistan celebrates its Independence Day in the month of August.
On behalf of Pakistan team, Butt received the winning trophy, as Judges publicized Pakistan team as winner.

Butt specified that to win a trophy for Pakistan at an international level is an honour for him additional he informed that government fully supported them to attend the international event.
