Pakistan & Kuwait agree to boost ties in trade sectors. Both countries agreed to boost economic ties in key areas, mainly in the energy and trade sectors.
The agreement came on Tuesday through a meeting among Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Ahsan Iqbal and Minister for Finance of Kuwait Abdul Wahab Al-Rasheed.
Throughout the meeting, Ahsan Iqbal said that both countries have a solid relationship and they have decided to increase economic cooperation in areas of attention that contain trade and investment, mainly in the energy sector.
They also debated growing entrance to the Kuwaiti market for Pakistani products as well as labour force.
Throughout the meeting, opportunities offered by China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) also came under talk, mainly Pakistan’s success in turn off around the energy sector in the course of the last decade.

He decided that a lot of room for growing economic cooperation among both countries. And planned to follow-up meetings to implement the ideas debated during the meeting.
