Pakistani Movies Releasing on Eid-ul-Adha

After releasing 4 Pakistani films on Eid-ul-Fitr this year, now 3 more Pakistani films are ready to be released on Eid-ul-Adha.

The last time films were released in Pakistan before Eid-ul-Fitr was in 2019 on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, after which the cinemas were closed in March 2020 due to the Corona epidemic.

Almost 2 years later, this year on Eid-ul-Fitr, the comedy action film of Saba Qamar and Zahid Ahmed “Ghabrana nahi hai” and Imran Ashraf’s spice entertainment film ‘Dum Mastum’ was released.

‘Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad’ of Fahad Mustafa & Mahira Khan, ‘London Nahi Jaon Ga’ of Humayun Saeed, Mehwish Hayat and Kubra Khan, “Lafangey” of Sami Khan and Nazish Jahangir’s will be released on this Eid-ul-Adha.

Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad

Filmmaker Nabil Qureshi and Fiza Ali Mirza’s action spice film ‘Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad’ will be released on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha on July 10 in which Fahad Mustafa will be seen in full action playing the role of a policeman.

The trailer of the film seems to give the impression that Fahad Mustafa will be seen first as a corrupt and then as an honest police officer. While Fahad Mustafa will be seen as a domineering police officer in the film, Mahira Khan will also be seen acting with him. For the first time in the film, Fahad Mustafa and Mahira Khan will be seen romancing on the big screen as heroes and heroines and the duo is already being appreciated. This is Fahad Mustafa’s fifth film with filmmakers Nabil Qureshi and Fiza Ali Mirza.

London Nahi Jaon Ga

A film based on the triangular love story of Humayun Saeed, Mehwish Hayat and Kubra Khan.

Film is written by Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar and directed by Nadeem Baig. “London Nahi Jaon Ga” is not a sequel of Humayun Saeed and Mehwish Hayat’s romantic film “Punjab Nahi Jaon Gi” but the theme of both is similar.

The film was expected to be released last year, but due to the Corona epidemic, its shooting was delayed and its release was postponed. After completing the last shooting of the film in Turkey and London this year, now the first trailer of the film has been released and it has been announced that it will be released on Eid-ul-Adha under the banner of ARY Films, the film has been produced by four people including Humayun Saeed and Salman Iqbal.

The trailer of the film shows that the story of the film revolves around the love of Humayun Saeed, Mehwish Hayat and Kubra Khan.

The film was shot in different cities of Punjab besides London and Turkey and Humayun Saeed is portrayed as a person of Punjabi descent.

Lafangey

Actor Sami Khan, actress Nazish Jahangir, actor Mani, Saleem Meraj, Mubeen Gabol and others are playing the lead roles in the film.

The story of the film revolves around 4 young people who have big dreams but do not know how to achieve them.

The trailer shows actor Sami Khan, Mani, Saleem Meraj and Mubeen Gabol working in a house where they experience supernatural powers in a terrifying and humorous way while actress Nazish Jahangir looks like a ghost.

The comedy-horror film Lafange, directed by Abdul Khaliq Khan and Tariq Habib Rind, will be released on July 10.

According to actor Mani, the shooting of the film was completed in just 25 to 26 days within the stipulated budget.

It may be recalled that there was a big controversy over the clash of Hollywood films with Pakistani Films on Fid-ul-Fitr this year.

Film producers also expressed frustration over the preference of foreign films over local films.

It is possible that on Eid-ul-Adha too, Pakistani films may face clash with the Hollywood film ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ which will be released on July 8.
