Pakistan’s target of 168 runs for Bangladesh to win

In the opening match of the tri-nation T20 cricket series, Pakistan set a target of 168 runs for Bangladesh to win.

In the T20 format, Mohammad Rizwan, the world’s number one batsman once again scored 78 runs in the match and remained unbeaten.

Bangladesh wins the toss and invites Pakistan to bat first after which the openers give the team a good start.

Pakistan captain Babar Azam gets out after scoring 22 runs in the 7th over after which Shaan Masood also scores 31 runs while batting well.

The second wicket of the green shirts fell on 94 runs when Shaan Masood catch out for 31 runs.

After which Hyder Ali also catch out for 6 runs. Pakistan’s fourth wicket fell to Iftikhar Ahmed. He gets out after scoring 13 runs while Asif Ali can only score 4 runs.

Pakistani batsman Muhammad Nawaz remained not out scoring 8 runs.

For Bangladesh, Tasin Ahmed took 2 wickets, Hasan Mehmood, Naseem Ahmed and Mehdi Hassan took one wicket each.

Earlier, after the toss, the captain of the national team Babar Azam said that we would have won the toss and bowled first.

Apart from captain Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Shan Masood, Iftikhar Ahmed, Shadab Khan, Haider Ali, Asif Ali, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Wasim, Haris Rauf and Shahnawaz Dhani are included in the national team.

On the other hand, Bangladesh team is led by Noorul Hasan, other players include Mehdi Hasan Mirza, Shabbir Rehman, Afif Hussain, Mossadegh Hussain, Laton Das, Yasir Ali, Tasin Ahmed, Hasan Mahmood, Mustafizur Rehman and Naseem Ahmed.
