Bushra Bibi’s spokesperson Mashal Yousafzai says that we have concerns that poison was added to Bushra Bibi’s food on Shab-e-Barat.
Speaking on Geo News’ morning show Geo Pakistan, Bushra Bibi’s spokesperson Mashal Yousafzai says that we found out that two or three drops of toilet cleaner were added to Bushra Bibi’s Iftar meal on Shab-i-Barat. After this meal, Bushra Bibi’s health deteriorated and is getting worse day by day.
They say that before the arrest Bushra Bibi did not have any problems including blood pressure and diabetes. After the arrest Bushra Bibi’s health was bad, something must have happened. The court was saying for 3 weeks that Bushra Bibi’s medical tests should be done, why were the medical tests not done at this time? Who was obstructing the medical test?
Mashal Yousafzai said that the court had directed to conduct an endoscopy and blood test of Bushra Bibi.
From the endoscopy, it was found that there was a wound and inflammation in the stomach. Despite the orders of the court, Bushra Bibi’s blood test was not allowed.
We also asked to get the blood test done by Al Shafa and the cross-check done by Shaukat Khanum. The blood test itself will show whether the element of poison is present or not.
She said that 2 days ago Bushra Bibi had pain in her chest and left arm. The jail doctor did an ECG and the ECG was not normal. PIMS doctor came and checked up, prison doctor went to tell the management at 12 o’clock and came out at 5 o’clock.
Mishal Yousafzai further said that because of our noise and raising our voices, Pims doctors came at 11 pm, and after 11 pm Bushra Bibi had another ECG.
Bushra Bibi’s spokesperson also says that when it comes to Benazir Bhutto or Maryam Nawaz, they are political figures, Bushra Bibi is not a political figure, she is a housewife, Bushra Bibi was targeted because she is the wife of the PTI founder.
