The number of registered voters across the country is 12 crore 85 lakh 85 thousand 760.
90,675 polling stations have been set up across the country, while 1,490,000 election staff will be on duty.
Polling of general elections in Pakistan will continue from 8 am to 5 pm
Polling will continue from 8 am to 5 pm without any break and the unofficial unofficial result of the constituency will be released from the offices of the Returning Officer, the results of the polling stations will be released one hour after the end of polling.
Vote can be cast only on the original National Identity Card while expired National Identity Cards will also be acceptable for voting.

4 thousand 265 most sensitive polling stations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will have 9 officials per polling station while in Balochistan 1047 most sensitive polling stations will have 9 officials at each polling station.
How many national and provincial seats will be polled?
Votes will be cast for 3 National Assembly seats from Islamabad, while votes will be cast for 141 National Assembly seats and 297 provincial seats from Punjab.
Polling will be held on 61 National Assembly seats and 130 provincial seats from Sindh, 45 National Assembly seats and 115 provincial seats from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 16 National Assembly seats and 51 provincial assembly seats from Balochistan.
The Election Commission has printed 26 crore ballot papers for the general elections in Pakistan and a public holiday has been declared across the country on the election day.
Polling postponed in four constituencies
Polling has been postponed due to the death of candidates in four constituencies.
In PK91 Kohat 2, polling will not be held due to the death of candidate Asmatullah Khattak, while in NA 8 Bajaur, PK 22 Bajaur 4, there will be no polling tomorrow due to the death of candidate Rehan Zeb, while in PP 266 Rahim Yar Khan 12, the candidate will not vote. There will be no election tomorrow due to the death of Asrar Hussain.
The Election Commission says that the general elections in the respective constituencies will be held after the general elections, the schedule of these constituencies will be announced after the elections.
