PPP opens doors for Ex PTI leaders. According to News on Friday, the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has welcomed the leaders of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), who recently split after the violence on May 9.
Saeed Ghani, the leader of the PPP and minister of labor, stated in a press conference that the politicians who left the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) encouraged and given a “positive response.”
The provincial minister stated that the PPP is “ready” to accept the PTI-exiting politicians and added that not all Tehreek-e-Insaf supporters and members are “anti-nationalist.”
Saeed Ghani added, “For those who left the anti-nationalist party, the PPP was the best option.
In response to a query, the minister stated that the choice of Karachi’s mayor’s name not yet made.

It is important to note that a number of PTI lawmakers and members have left the party in the wake of the May 9 violence, which saw attacks on military facilities including the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi and the Corps Commander House in Lahore following the arrest of the party’s chairman Imran Khan.
