The prices of petroleum products are expected to be reduced by Rs 12 to Rs15 per litre as the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) started working on it.
According to the News, a decrease in petrol prices in Pakistan is predictable following the drop in the prices of crude oil in the global market.
The channel report said that there is an opportunity of giving relief to the consumers of petroleum products by falling the rate of levy imposed on it.
The report said that the price of petrol is possible to decline by Rs12 per litre and the price of diesel by Rs15 per litre.

The report additional said that OGRA will send the final summary to the Finance Ministry on August 13 to fix the fresh prices of petroleum products.
The New prices of petroleum products publicized on August 15, sources in OGRA said.
