PTI challenges Imran Khan arrest in Toshakhana case. According to News, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) filed a petition with the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Saturday protesting the party chairman’s “illegal” detention in the Toshakhana case.

According to the petition, police “illegally” detained the PTI leader at the time of the arrest because they “did not have a court order.”
It also urged the court to schedule today’s hearing on the petition. IGP Punjab, CCPO Lahore, and other parties named as respondents by the petitioner.
Soon after found guilty of “corrupt practices” in the Toshakhana case and given a three-year prison sentence, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) detained at his Zaman Park residence in Lahore.

Imran Khan transferred to Kot Lakhpat Jail, the Punjab Chapter of PTI tweeted in confirmation of the reports.
