A tipsy Rahat is speaking to camera to warn someone beside messing with Haji Iqbal who he says is his “Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.”
The singer repeating the words spokes by one of the men standing beside him.
The video proposes that Rahat Fateh Ali Khan chose to drunk to address a disagreement between his allies and their unknown opponents.
