Saudi Arabia is willing to further increase the announced investment of 10 billion dollars in Pakistan.
According to the Saudi News Agency, the Crown Prince, Muhammad bin Salman, directed to review the increase of investment in Pakistan.

The Saudi Crown Prince has instructed the SFD to consider increasing the deposit amount in the State Bank.
According to Saudi media, in December 2022, the amount of deposits in the State Bank increased to 5 billion dollars.
According to reports, this announcement has come out in the context of recent contacts between the Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
It should remember that Saudi Arabia had announced an investment of 10 billion dollars in Pakistan last year. When Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud allotted directives to invest $1 billion in Pakistan.
The development comes throughout a telephonic phone call between Saudi FM Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
Bilawal Bhutto also informed his counterpart on damages caused by unprecedented floods in parts of Pakistan. The foreign minister be grateful his Saudi counterpart for the solidarity and all possible assistance provided by Saudi Arabia to Pakistan flood affecters in these difficult times.
