After befriending and falling in love with an Indian citizen on PUBG, the first husband of Seema Haider hired a lawyer in India to extradite her children.
Ghulam Haider has obtained the services of lawyer Ali Momin in India through Ansar Barni Advocate. Ansarbarni Advocate has sent Ghulam Haider’s Power of Attorney, Power of Attorney to India. Seema’s first husband Ghulam Haider will file a case in the Bharti court for the return of the children to Pakistan.
On May 10, 2023, Seema Haider along with 3 daughters and one son went to India illegally through Nepal. After which Seema Haider’s Pakistani husband contacted the human rights organization Ansar Burney Trust for the return of their children.
According to reports, Ansar Barni Advocate confirmed that this is not just a case of a woman migrating to India with children, but there is a well-thought-out planning behind it in which the element of terrorism cannot be ignored.
Talking to private TV, Ansar Barni said that according to international laws, children cannot be converted, we will also approach the Indian court against this, Ghulam Haider’s children are young and still They are citizens of Pakistan, the father has full rights over them. He further said that Ghulam Haider has nothing to do with his wife, he only wants to bring his children back to Pakistan.
On the other hand, Seema’s first husband, Ghulam Haider, said that I am not interested in what Seema is doing regarding her change of religion, but my children are innocent and their religion cannot be changed.
When AP Singh, Seema and Sachin’s lawyer in India, was asked about Ghulam Haider’s hiring of an Indian lawyer, he said that we are not aware of any such development. When we know it officially, we will respond accordingly.
Remember that Ghulam Haider has 4 children with Seema, out of which the eldest is about 9 years old. At the time of Seema’s departure from Pakistan to India, Ghulam Haider was residing in Saudi Arabia.
It should be noted that Seema’s first conversation with Indian citizen Sachin Meena took place in 2019 on the online shooting game PubG. The two first met in March 2023 in Nepal where Seema converted to Hinduism. The couple reportedly got married as per Hindu rituals and then with the children, Seema and Sachman entered India via Nepal on 13 May 2023.
Uttar Pradesh Police arrested Seema on July 4 on charges of illegally entering India and also detained Sachin and his father for providing shelter to her. Later he was released.
Seema was living with Sachin at that time and some time ago there was news from the Indian media that she is expecting.
