SHC STIMULATED AGAINST ELIMINATION OF 200 NAMES FROM ECL

KARACHI: A request was recorded some time recently the Sindh Tall Court (SHC) challenging the expulsion of more than 200 names counting Prime Serve Shehbaz Sharif from the Exit Control List (ECL), ARY News detailed on Thursday.

The applicant expressed that the past govt had set their names on ECL on the suggestion of the National Responsibility Bureau (Seize) and Government Examination Office (FIA).

The new government excluded names of more than 200 people from ECL despite pending inquires and high profile cases,” he detailed.

“Names of former PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz and others were too placed on ECL on court orders, but the new govt removed them from exit control list without court’s permission,” the plea specified.

SHC judge Equity Muhammad Iqbal Kalhoro saved the decision over the practicality of supplication.

The names of Prime Serve Shehbaz Sharif, previous president Asif Zardari, previous prime serve Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Faryal Tapur and other vital political identities were as of late expelled from the Exit Control List (ECL) by the insides service.

As per points of interest, the names of more than 100 political identities counting PM Shehbaz Sharif, Asif Ali Zardari, Insides Serve Rana Sanaullah, Faryal Talpur, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Saad Rafique, Khawaja Asif and others have been evacuated from the ECL.

The names were put on the ECL on the proposals of the Government Examination Office (FIA) and the National Responsibility Bureau (Catch).
