Shehbaz Sharif, who is on a visit to Kazakhstan, says in a statement on Twitter that “God shows favor again. This day shows acquittal from the false, baseless, political revenge-based case of money laundering.
He says that ‘despite the worst tactics, use of state force and hostage taking of institutions, we were red-handed in front of the court, the law and the people’.
PML-N leader Talal Chaudhry while talking to media says that this decision is a victory for Muslim League (N). The truth of such fake cases has to come out one day.
He says that today is the day of victory. In a statement by the Muslim League (N) on Twitter, it states that the “fake case designs to target politically comes to an end”.
It may be recalled that FIA had registered a case against Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz in November 2020 under the provisions of Pakistan Penal Code, Prevention of Corruption Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act.
