Former filmmaker Syed Noor admits for the first time, he keeps his marriage with Saima a secret for a decade.
While also revealing that both their families try to end their marriage.
For the first time in GNN K Sung, Syed Noor speaks openly about his life. He talks about his first wife and his only son, including romance and marriage with actress Saima.
Syed Noor says during the interview that his first wife Rukhsana Noor was a housewife. She brought him into films and all the songs she writes for his films became very popular.
According to him, it is wrong that his first wife Rukhsana Noor has any role in his films.
The filmmaker says that when his first wife Rukhsana come to know about the romance with Saima. She was angry but then she also agree and she was the first to accept his second marriage.
Talking to Saima about marriage and love, he says that he falls in love with Saima as soon as he saw her. But he expresses it after many years.
He also rejects the impression that he cast Saima as the heroine in the films for the sake of love and ignore the other heroines.
Without naming any actress, Syed Noor says that some actresses slander him, it is not at all that he only cast Saima in films for the sake of love.
He questions that the roles he give to Saima, can any other actress perform?
During the program, he admits that he and Saima fells in love after the film ‘Ghonghat’. And also admits that he keep his marriage to Saima a secret for many years.
The filmmaker admits that he and Saima get married soon after the 1998 release of the film ‘Chodiyan’. But he opens up about this marriage in 2007 almost a decade later.
He says that when the news of their marriage came out, Saima’s family including his family were angry and everyone claimed that their marriage would end in a few months.
Syed Noor also reveals that Saima’s family tries to end their marriage, but since there was true love between them, they are still united.
