Test series between Pakistan and Bangladesh starts today

The first Test of the series between Pakistan and Bangladesh will begin today in Rawalpindi.

Pakistan will field with four fast bowlers. While the batting will depend on Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Shan Masood, Saud Shakeel, Abdullah Shafiq, and Salman Ali Agha.

Captain Shan Masood says that the fans always want the cricket team to perform well and win for them.

He said that we have a talented group of cricketers who are eager to perform well. And our bowlers are capable of taking twenty wickets.

Bangladesh captain Najamul Hussain Shanto says that the series is very important.

Pakistan playing XI for the first test match:

Abdullah Shafiq, Saeem Ayub, Shan Masood (captain), Babar Azam, Saud Shakeel (vice-captain), Muhammad Rizwan (wicketkeeper), Salman Ali Agha, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Naseem Shah, Khurram Shehzad. And Muhammad Ali is involved.

Bangladesh Squad for the first test match:

Najamul Hasan Shanto (captain), Hasan Mehmood, Latin Das, Mehdi Hasan Miraz, Mominul Haq, Mushfiqur Rahim, Naheed Rana, Naeem Hasan, Shadman Islam, Shakibul Hasan, Shariful Islam, Syed Khalid Ahmed, Taijoul Islam and Zakir Hasan.

It should be noted that the first test match against Bangladesh was the first international assignment of Pakistan Red Ball head coach Jason Gillespie after his appointment in April of this year.
