The Election Commission of Pakistan disqualifies former Prime Minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana reference.
A 5-member commission under Sikandar Sultan Raja supervision give a unanimous decision. But 4 members presents when the decision declares. Because Punjab member Babar Hassan Bharwana was not part of the commission today due to ill health.
The Election Commission while announcing the decision says that if Imran Khan involves in corrupt practices, criminal proceedings will initiates against him.
In the judgment, it is states that Imran Khan elects as a member of the Majlis Shura (Parliament) or the Provincial Assembly under any law for the duration of the current assembly under Article 63 (one) (3) for submitting a false statement declares to be ineligible.

It should note that the Toshakhana reference files for the disqualification of the former Prime Minister was sent to the Election Commission by the Speaker of the National Assembly on the request of 5 members of the National Assembly of the ruling coalition, on which the decision was reserved on September 19.
