The eclipse will first occur after 11 a.m. local time in Mexico when the moon will be in front of the sun and parts of the Earth will be darkened.
The solar eclipse will also be visible in the United States and Canada, but it will be either total or partial.
Since the total solar eclipse will take place between April 8 and 9, Pakistan will not be able to observe it due to nightfall.
According to the Meteorological Department, the solar eclipse will begin at 8:42 PM Pakistan time, and peak at 11:17 PM, while the solar eclipse will end at 1:52 PM.
