TikToker Sandal Khattak gets bail. Sandal Khattak, a TikTok influencer and star, granted bail in the Hareem Shah video leak case by an Islamabad court.
According to her attorney, “the court approved Sandal’s post-arrest bail after hearing all the arguments.”
Sandal Shamim, the TikTok celebrity’s real name, appeared before Prevention of Electronic Crimes Court Judge Azam Khan.
After a case filed against Sandal by her former friend Hareem Shah, whose real name is Fizza Hussain, Sandal’s attorney, Barrister Musaddaq Barki, claimed that his client had not received any notification from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
According to Sandal’s attorney, the FIR completely biased and did not contain any investigative information.
“No evidence from Sandal’s mobile found, and no such evidence found during the investigation,” he declared. No immoral videos allowed to uploaded to TikTok, per its rules.
The person who created this video got Hareem Shah’s permission and captured her own laughter. No part of Sandal Khattak involved in it, and neither did she create the video or spread it online.
The judge pointed out that Sandal did not receive the FIA notice.
She no longer needed for the FIA’s investigation. Nothing accomplished by keeping the suspect incarcerated. The judge stated that the forensic report was still pending and that the accused was qualified for post-arrest bail.
On June 12, the FIA detained Sandal in connection with a case involving a fellow TikToker’s video leak, Hareem Shah. Shah presented her case to Special Judge Central Islamabad, who heard it after she and the suspect, Sandal, both appeared in court with their respective attorneys.
According to the TikToker, Hareem is using lewd photos to blackmail her.
In the meantime, Shah displayed the aforementioned images and videos in court.
