British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has expressed hope for further development in the trade agreement between the two countries in a conversation with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
According to the British Prime Minister’s Office, in a telephone conversation, Rishi Sunak told the Indian Prime Minister that he himself is a visual representative of the historical ties between Britain and India.

He hoped that the progress of finalizing the Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement between the two countries would continue.
