Expects conduct a study to find effects of daylight exposure on better sleep. People across the world, including Pakistan, are used to sleeping late at night and waking up late in the morning during the winter season.

A recent study reveals that this is not all natural. According to a study conducted in America, people spend less time in daylight during winter. Which cause trouble in sleeping at night.

During the study, experts compared the sleep of people in all four seasons of the year. Then they linked their sleep to being active during daylight hours.

According to research published in the medical journal JPR, experts from the University of Washington, USA studied 500 volunteers. Experts observe them for a year or four seasons to discover the relationship between being active during the day and sleeping well at night.

The experts allow the volunteers to be as active during the day as they want. Then they note all the volunteers’ sleep duration and morning wake-up times, including their nighttime sleep.

Experts note that most volunteers go to sleep 35 minutes later in winter than in other seasons. While they woke up an average of 27 minutes later in the same season.
