The judge of District and Sessions Court Islamabad has remarked in the case of threatening female judge Zaiba Chaudhry against Imran Khan. That if Imran Khan does not come to the court today, he will issue his warrant.
During the hearing, prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi and Imran Khan’s lawyers Naeem Panjotha and Intarza Panjotha appeared in the court of Civil Judge Rana Mujahid Rahim.
Imran Khan’s lawyer Naeem Panjutha filed a request for exemption from attendance on behalf of Imran Khan.
It stated in the petition that a request for exemption from Imran Khan’s attendance has filed on the basis of security concerns.
The judge said that if Imran Khan does not appear during the court hours today, I will issue a non-bailable arrest warrant for him.
After that, the court adjourned the hearing till 12:30.
The time for Imran Khan’s appearance has extended again
The hearing in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad resumed after a break in the case against Chairman PTI Imran Khan for threatening a female judge.
