Imran Khan vacated the Prime Minister’s House

Islamabad: Imran Khan vacated the Prime Minister’s House after the no-confidence movement against the Prime Minister began in the National Assembly.

All the belongings and personal staff of Prime Minister Imran Khan were transferred to Bani Gala, after that Imran Khan himself vacated the Prime Minister’s House and left for his personal residence.

After Asad Qaiser’s resignation from the post of Speaker of the National Assembly, Imran Khan left the Prime Minister’s House at about 11:58. Apart from them, other federal ministers including Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Qasim Suri were also sent back by the staff of the Prime Minister’s House including Fawad Chaudhry, Shibli Faraz and Shireen Mazari.

Imran Khan also met the staff of the Prime Minister’s House before leaving. After the Prime Minister’s House was vacated, Chief Secretary Azam Khan also resigned from his post.

On the other hand, before voting on the no-confidence movement against Prime Minister Imran Khan, the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly resigned from their posts.

According to media reports, Speaker Asad Qaiser and Deputy Speaker Qasim Khan Suri reached Parliament and resigned after meeting Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Asad Qaiser after addressing the members on the seat of the Speaker said that the oath has been taken, I am bound by the constitution, I have a letter and I will send it to the Chief Justice. Announcing his resignation, Asad Qaiser handed over the responsibility of conducting the assembly session to Ayaz Sadiq.

Earlier, in a meeting with senior journalists, Prime Minister Imran Khan made important remarks. The Prime Minister said that I am alone but I will fight for the nation I will not compromise, the opposition can put me in jail as much as possible.

The Prime Minister denied the rumors of changes in the military division and said that whenever there is an important meeting, the market of rumors gets heated and the global conspiracy will not be allowed to succeed.
