Israel-Palestine war: Security Council will meet today

The United Nations Security Council will hold a meeting to address the Israel-Palestine war today.

Israeli media say that it is not clear whether the proceedings of the meeting will be shown to the media or not.

It is clear that the 15-member Security Council had a closed-door meeting on Sunday.

The meeting was held a day after Hamas attacks on Israel.

In the meeting of the Security Council, there were sharp differences among the members on Israel-Palestine war.

At least 1,100 people have been killed since Hamas launched attacks on Israeli towns. And took hundreds of hostages on Saturday. Hamas, the Palestinian group that blockades the Gaza Strip.
