King Charles III, the new monarch portrait

The British Royal Family has released the first portrait of King Charles III since his accession to the throne.

This portrait of King Charles created by artist Alastair Barford in just two weeks without the king sitting in front of him.

According to British media, the artist saw the monarch at a Buckingham Palace reception last month.

Alastair Barford attended a reception in support of ‘Global Biodiversity’ at Buckingham Palace on February 17 and observed the monarch closely to create the photo, the report said.

Later, the artist used photographs taken during the reception to complete the portrait of the King Charles III.

Alastair Barford, giving his reaction to this picture, said that ‘I wish I could also paint the warmth, sensitivity and compassion of the King which seen during his conversation with his people.
