Low-level flooding in the Indus and Ravi rivers.
According to Deputy Commissioner Rahim Yar Khan, the water level has risen in the Indus River at Chachdan Sharif, due to which there is a low-level flood here.
He has said that the river erosion is going on at the place of Chachadan Sharif in the Indus River, due to which water has entered the settlements and crops on the banks of the Indus River.

Deputy Commissioner Rahim Yar Khan has said that all safety arrangements have been completed to deal with the flood situation, Rescue, Civil Defence, Irrigation Department and related institutions have been instructed to remain alert.
He has told that a train of more than 215,000 kiosks is currently passing at Chachadan Sharif in the Indus River.
Deputy Commissioner Rahim Yar Khan says that the flow of water in the Indus River at Chachadan Sharif is normal, there is no risk of flooding.
He also says that in the past, a train of 8 lakh kiosks has also passed through Chachadan Sharif.
On the other hand, the flood relief camps could not be established in the affected areas, the victims have protested and demanded to provide relief materials.
River Ravi floods despite lack of water
On the other hand, according to the Flood Control Center, a reduction of 3,580 cusecs has been recorded in the flow of water in the Ravi River.
The Flood Control Center says that despite the reduced flow of water, there is a low level flood in the Ravi River.
The Flood Control Center has said that the inflow of water at Marala was 116 thousand 220 cusecs while the inflow of water at Khanki was 1 lakh 4 thousand 413 cusecs.

According to the Flood Control Center, the inflow of water at Head Kadirabad is 1 lakh 6 thousand 306 cusecs while the outflow is 96 thousand 306 cusecs.
The Flood Control Center has informed that the water level has now increased again after receding at Kadirabad Head.
According to Deputy Commissioner Hafizabad Umar Farooq Waraich, the flow of water in Chenab river is being continuously monitored at Qadirabad.
