PMD forecast another monsoon spell from July 13. According to News on Tuesday, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted that the country will experience more monsoon rain starting on July 13.
As per the weather report, more monsoon currents from the Arabian Sea are likely to enter the country’s upper and central regions starting on July 12 and continuing through July 17.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), monsoon currents will enter Pakistan’s upper regions on July 14 and bring rain and thunderstorms to the Kashmir, Murree, Galliyat, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Potohar regions.
From July 14 to July 16, Azad Kashmir, the Hazara division, Gilgit, and various districts of Punjab can expect heavy rainfall as a result of this weather system.
Since June 25, 86 people died and 151 injured due to the recent monsoon rains in Pakistan.
According to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) report, the recent 24-hour period of heavy rains across the nation resulted in six fatalities and nine injuries.
