Eggs consider for other physical health benefits, including vitamin D. But now a new study finds that they can help in weight control, including reducing obesity.
According to research publishes in the medical journal ‘Science Direct’, a short but comprehensive study conducted by Spanish experts found that daily consumption of eggs not only helps in weight control, but also reduces body fat and obesity.
A study by the University of Casilla La Mancha on more than 350 students between the ages of 18 and 30 shows that daily consumption of eggs not only helps in weight loss, but also helps in reducing body mass index. Eggs make BMI stronger.
During the research, experts ask the volunteers to consume eggs daily and the volunteers are divide into different groups. During the research, some volunteers are instruct to eat eggs without yolks while some volunteers instruct to eat eggs with yolks. At the same time, the experts administer dietary questionnaires to the volunteers, assess their BMI and also take x-rays of them.
Research results show that daily consumption of eggs including yolk strengthens bones. That also increases physical strength and improves mental and heart health along with weight loss.
The study finds that although eating eggs without the yolk also have the best overall results. The experts say eating whole eggs with the yolk is more beneficial.
According to experts, daily consumption of eggs not only helps in weight control, but it also removes body fat and increases physical strength along with bone strength.
Experts suggest that at least 5 eggs should consume daily and once a week.
In previous research, eggs have been declared better for mental and physical health, including vitamin D.
