The lawyer of Farah Khan, a friend of Bushra Bibi. The wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan, sent a notice to Ataullah Tarar.
Talking to media outside NAB office in Lahore. Her lawyer Azhar Siddique said that notice has been sent to Ataullah Tarar for defaming his client.
Azhar Siddique says that the case against his client has been made to defame Imran Khan.
He said that notices have been issued to 4 private builders. who have been challenged, four questions have been asked from NAB to state its jurisdiction.
Lawyer said that if NAB becomes the jurisdiction. they will reply that Farah Khan is not a public office holder.
